Omniknight's Repel cannot be dispelled ! #14931

Description

omniknight's Repel is dispellable, just like his ultimate (guardian angel). it wrote clearly on the details, but only ultimate will be dispelled, repel will not dispel at all, not with nullifier, not with disperser, not with eul ... no items can dispel repel ! it may be bug, or maybe the details about " dispellable: YES" is wrong, fix it.

it s not wrong. Since omni w is bkb you need a dispel that pierces it so try w/ smth like sd r.

the tooltip should be Strong dispel only

erm, currently there is no such thing as offensive strong dispel

doom tooltip even says "basic dispel" but it obviosuly dispels omni w since it pierces bkb.

only which can ignore bkb can dispel repel dispel is similar to a control with 1 tick, according to recent performance
