I've been buying this courier (Genuine Star Ladder Grillhound) a couple times already and I always choose the one with 1k views and up to get the couriers max ambient effect but just lately i again purchased 2 the same item/courier with 1k views and found out that the ambient effect was not there and told my friends about it and they are also experiencing this kind of issue and they said that it is a bug that began when the Frostivus 2023 Event started. So I would like to report this so that it will be fixed immediately and please make some action cause we spent money on this item.
