Description

I am the Techie and I have never used any third party product such as scripting. I was at top lane, and I got shackled by shadow shaman. Upon being released from the shackle, my techie suddenly used proximity mine at two locations at once with zero delays instantly.

I actually thought only one mine charge was used for two mines, but upon checking I was wrong. I speculated about what happened in 'all chat', but disregard my theory from the 'all chat' in the game.
