Khanda doesn't proc on Shockwave (Unit or Point Target)

Description

As the title suggests, Magnus's Shockwave is allowed to be Unit or Point target. Clicking on an enemy hero to cast the spell will even reveal your position in the fog, just like other Unit target spells. However, Khanda/Phylactery is not proc-ing on the spell. This can be reproduced in demo mode.

Some examples of other "Unit or Point target" spells that work with Khanda:

• Nature's Prophet's Sprout

Khanda can't proc because Shockwawe don't have a target. Lion's Earth Spike and Nature's Prophet's Sprout don't work on Linken's Sphere so then they have a target so Khanda works.

That's a good point. But then I don't understand why Shockwave even needs a unit target option. Why should it reveal Magnus's position if the spell doesn't have a real target in reality?

Use it on ground to don't reveal youself. If it wouldn't be a unit target you could easily miss it like Nyx stun.
