Medusa low hp bug #15252

Description

Medusa has low hp bug.I started whit 377 and after that was 400 and then 800 and all game was very low hp whit eye of skadi too.Fix it!

thats just how the hero works its not a bug.

Before hp was much more.

read 733 for dusa update key points, i guess

Base Strength decreased from 17 to 0 Strength gain decreased from 1.5 to 0
