The game doesn't start. #15387

Description

The game doesn't start. The game won't load and even watching friends' games won't load. I already reinstalled the game and cleared the bin folder. changed the graphics. nothing helps. and the money for Dota Plus has been paid. Can I play Dota 2? and how to do it? Thank you. The problem appeared after the new update...

If it crashes after you click accept button try deleting all steam information in regedit. I used programm "Reg Organiser". Open regedit and search for "steam", "dota", "valve" and delete all. Helped me.
