Description

Hello. Came under VAC-bans. The fact is that I did not use any software and the reason for the ban is unclear to me. "VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly it will automatically be removed."

The fact you have multiple VAC bans pretty much confirms it was justified.
