The Game doesn't reconnect to matchmaking after accepting a match (turbo) #15427

Description

Steps: 1- Find a game (Turbo). 2- After a game is found click accept. 3- Bottom left panel shows connecting and then return to game or leave game options.

Expected: After finding the game and clicking accept the game should redirect the player to the matchmaking screen.

Actual: After finding the game and clicking accept (the player's icon turns to green) the game shows a grey screen and the bottom left panel shows connecting, after a little time the panel shows return to game and disconnect options, even by clicking return to game the game doesn't reconnect and then the player gets a penalty for disconnecting.

Frequency: Always

Attempted solution: Re-install the game, but didn't solve the issue

I have this problem too, but not only turbo. Its happening to me when I am trying to play every possible game mode(except for Arcade). I tried uninstalling steam and dota, but none of this helped, and I tried playing on other accounts, this didn't helped either. This started after "The Dragon's Gift" update.

This problem continues to come back every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Clearing the cache in steam helps fix it but it is a temporary fix. How can this not be fixed by now?

How come no one from Dota has a fix on this yet? I am having it happen to me every day and my leaver penalty is huge right now. I cannot play the game at all. Deleting bin files and "run this program as administrator" is not checked either. I have deleted the Steam download cache and still I have problems....

I have the same problem too. My penalty right now is 24 hours(
