Description

in the future, I want to play rating matches, yes, now I don't have 100 hours in dota to play, but dota also writes to me that I also need to link a phone number so that I can play. I linked the number, but the game says that the number is already linked to another account in dota

You need to unlink the number from your previous account. Go to your fisrt linked acc - settings - account - delete number. Once removed, it cannot be used for 3 months.
