Low FPS In High End PC #15942

Description

I'm having a problem for a long time. When the game starts in Dota, my FPS looks as it should be but after 2-3 min. It reduces till 60 FPS and it looks like my monitor has 30 Refresh Rate. Cannot play properly because of this situation. My Specs are:

RX 6800 XT 16 GB Nitro+ Ryzen 5 5600x 2x8 3600 Mhz RAM 16 CL Gigabyte B550M The monitor has 144 Hz

I can't understand what the problem is. Having really good FPS all of the intense games but what I state happens on Dota which drives me crazy. All of my drivers has been updated as well as Windows Update. Please help me with this issue. Running on Directx11 by the way.

What is Your refresh rate in settings? image

What is the temperature of Your Video Card and CPU? What is Your CPU and GPU load?

My Refresh Rate has been 144 Hz in this setting since I bought the monitor and I have been playing all games in high refresh rate except for Dota. As I said, the game starts perfect, then 5-10 min later, FPS goes down from 200 FPS to 60-70 FPS gradually and it looks terrible. I had no issue in any other games which I played over 30 like Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Alan Wake 2 etc. What is strange is that I had this problem before this computer of mine too, I had RX 580 8 GB and the game was starting with a good FPS and again going down. I bought the computer whose specs above 2-3 months ago, brand new one. The temperatures are low, CPU %20-30, GPU %50-60. When I try heroes in training area, it works like a charm but in a real game, this happens. fasdasd

@Cthulhu001 Thank You for providing additional information. Could You record a video showing the FPS counter when the issue occurs, please? Additionally, could You check both a locally hosted lobby and a server-hosted lobby, please? What is Your ping to servers?

Possible way to show, FPS/Ping: display_network_information_dota_2

The will not help u dude. The don't know what is the problem with fps. The just can't optimise the game. They poke at random in your system trying to find something. We're waiting for Gabe or Ice Frog to hit them on the head
