low GPU and CPU usage #15987

Description

hello I have a fx505 tuf the specs are RTX 2060(mobile) 6gb with ryzen 7 3750h and 32gb ram the GPU and CPU usage in dota is around 40% usage in dota 2 at first few minutes of new match its around 60% but it goes down to 40% and my fps in under 60 most of the match
I set every thing on high performance in windows and Nvidia control panel but it didn't help at all what should i do?

Having the same issues. Playing at 4k maximum settings. GPU usage is around 65-75% CPU usage is at about 15-20% on a 5ghz 8700k

Same on my laptop With AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX and a GPU AMD Radeon RX6800M.
