Sven's movement with Q skill and Scepter cannot be disabled #1603

Description

Doom (Q), Elder Titan (Q) and Marci (W) get their "alternate cast", which overrides the default behavior of the spell. The default and alternate behavior can be toggled on/off by right clicking the ability slot (same as for autocast).

Sven, after getting his aghanim's scepter upgrade, does not have that toggling option, despite being many cases where either of the usages is desirable (same as for the heroes mentioned above).
