Game failure #16040

Description

The game does not work properly:

  1. the character does not obey
  2. The character refuses to do anything at all
  3. constantly crashing due to which the game crashes
  4. Constantly after crashing, when you enter the game, some kind of spectator mode is turned on.
  5. Promotes the hero spell interface

At the same time, everything is fine with my computer and there is also a problem with the Internet in the game. for which I suffer. I wouldn’t want to wash low priority because of a bug in the game itself. Name accaunt: ruty_man Use Google Translate.

@RutyMan What operation system do You use? How often does it happened? Are there any scenarios that may lead to such consequences on purpose? Could You provide Your PC configuration, please?

Could You check Your RAM using memtest86+, please? Could You stress test Your CPU using CPU-Z, please? Could You stress test Your GPU using GPU-Z, please? Could You check DirectX functionality, please?
