Even though in death wards description it says it pierces debuff immunity, which it does when the enemy is using black king bar, for some reason it doesn't deal damage to clockwork if he is standing in his power cogs while having the 25 level talent "Debuff immunity inside power cogs". I've done some testing with other heroes and they work perfectly fine, for example bane and bloodseeker still do pure damage to clockwork while he is inside cogs.
