As I'm using 3060 with 8Gb on my Laptop, with 8 RAM and processor 11th generation I'm not in doubt that the Laptop can hold the game capacity. I'm doubting that the last small update is causing the stuttering. Momentarily I fixed the problem by setting the the maximum processor state at 99% of Processor power management. I will try to set some other properties in the windows settings as the GPU is already sorted out for the best experience.

I propose You to make some experiments on changing BIOS setting and check will it help, would You like to try?

Could You record a video when it happened with task manager if is possible, please? Could You provide Your Motherboard name, please? Could You turn on the Game Mode or performance mode in BIOS settings, please? Could You turn off all paver saving settings in BIOS please? Could You turn off processor Z-state in BIOS if is possible, please?

IMPORTANT. Turning off paver saving settings may lead to higher paver consumption.

Also Game Mode or performance mode may increase the temperature of processor, so make sure that Your cooling system is ready for Maximum specified processor Thermal Design Power.

Sure. Tell me which processes (background processes) should I record. My Motherboard is AsusTek, model : FX506HM, chipset Intel Tiger Lake-H BIOS American megatrends FX506HM.315

Can you explain more about the purpose the Z-state and paver settings in Bios?
As I cannot deny that maybe changing the thermal paste will help solve the problem as the Game Mode makes exceeding the TDP of the CPU (this is only my guess).

Im also thinking about downgrading the Bios to version 313 as Asus has removed version 315 from their official page and there is only the 313 version. As some other costumers had overheating problem with the 315 version.

Try monitoring Your game by opening the Task Manager to the Performance tab. This will allow You to observe how Your CPU behaves during gameplay. image

To prevent potential overheating of the CPU, could You please monitor its temperature while experiencing game stuttering? This can be done using tools like Asus Armoury Crate.

I'm sorry, I mistyped I meant C-state. image

In the BIOS, there are power-saving settings that help reduce the laptop's electricity consumption at the expense of some processor performance.

By the way, I highly recommend using GPT Chat to learn about BIOS parameters.

As I cannot deny that maybe changing the thermal paste will help solve the problem as the Game Mode makes exceeding the TDP of the CPU (this is only my guess).

When We check the CPU temperature, We can determine if the issue is related to temperature.
According to Chat GPT it is a good idea to change the termal paste every 3-5 years. image

If the issue lies in temperature and 3-5 years have already passed, it may be a solution, but not the only one. We could attempt to reduce the temperature by altering the BIOS settings, for example, disabling Turbo Mode or reducing the CPU's maximum frequency, to decrease power consumption and temperature. This may have higher priority because it is quicker to check than replacing thermal paste. Also, I recommend consider disabling Hyper-Threading.

So, if we'll see overheat, the cooling up settings may help, if we'll see a performance issue, turning off some power saving settings may help.

In my opinion, this could potentially resolve the problem. I would recommend following these steps:

1)Attempt to identify the cause of the issue. 2)Try adjusting settings to rectify it. 3)Replace the thermal paste if it's due. 3)If the above measures prove ineffective, consider downgrading the BIOS.

I dont even have 315 to downgrade to 313 bios version! Help plz im dying! Downgrade ur game to last patch cuz I had no such problem then! !!!!!!!Mine problem is something else, and I have ASUS not ACER. !!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!Try to verify the files thru the Steam settings, if everything is verified then try to reinstall dota (better to download again I would say) if that doesn't work, try verifying steam files and if that doesn't help try with new fresh steam and dota2 installation.!!!!!!!!!!1

Understand, would You like to continue detecting a reason of the issue?
