as always, I went to play Dota, and in the main menu there was a hero without a skin, I thought that this was a visual bug, and I checked in the steam inventory, but there was no such skin

you need to view inventory history doubt items go missing unless you login to dodgy websites to bet your items or something

i dont do anything like that i even dont know how to do it i found his account in trade history and i cheacked his inventory and i found all my items there

and it was says on these items its On Trade Cooldown Until: Apr 8, 2024 (13:00:00 by the way i talked to steam support and still not answering

what should i do ?

I think they'll say something like compromised accounts is your responsibility, and they won't return scammed / stolen items. but try anyway maybe steam support can help you. dunno what they can do tho

you need to be careful not to login steam credentials on dodgy websites or let friends use your acc. use steam guard, and if have to login on websites, I only login / type passowrd on store.steampowered.com. Nothing else. i don't follow to click links and login with steam etc. maybe recently you got scammed by pls help vote team with your steam acc? login on fake steamcommunity websites or by fake trade offer links? how your account compromised anyway?

you can check your account data to see steam login history. just google how to do it. if you see something odd maybe you can deauthorise all devices on steam setting / change password
