Description

so this is a problem that troubles me ever since a patch after 2023 june, my realtime gameplay has normal and stable fps, while i can notice visial spike or some tearing, while i tried to record the same match/same time, i found it unbelieveable smooth and im feeling so salty, why is that? im thinking it's ping issue ,but is 60ping really that high? realtime gameplay with shadowplay :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PvRACio7z0 ingame replay rendering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJ2rTwDLWvY ingame replay recorded with shadowplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuwPS6RX5BU Also i forgot what gamelog file should i upload to help with more details, i saw someone suggested it but i can't find the post anymore, please note me if you do need taht, i really want to know what's the issue here

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

@kaisenbaka Could You provide more details and show the issue clearer, please? I have tried to compare, but it seems I haven't noticed the issue enough clear.

@kaisenbaka There is a theory about the issue. Could You try to set Win32PrioritySeparation to 26 (hexadecimal) or 38 (decimal), please?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\PriorityControl\Win32PrioritySeparation

ok ill try this out, thank you. but did you end up noticing any diff from my videoes? im not very good at english describing so i couldn't tell exactly what issue rather than unsmoothness from my real time game play

I tried 26 , i can't feel the diff much, but still thank you. I think my case is like, crisp smooth early game / demo mode, suddenly starting to feel stutter with high fps mid game and late game, hero feels heavy and some kinda input lag

I haven't noticed a clear difference, but sometimes I experience stuttering despite high FPS, and the game feels sluggish. It seems like the issue could be related.

In my case, also turning off all other applications on my PC and disabling virtualization seems to help a bit(not fix). Could you try doing the same?

I'm looking for a pattern that consistently triggers the issue, so I can describe it well(as clear as possible) and increase the chances of the developers fixing it if it's on their side, or adjust my settings if it's on My side.

Could You also try fps_max 500 console command, please?

Could You also try fps_max 500 console command, please? im on fps_max 999 already, also i tend to turn off all the unnecessary apps , still not helping. visual gameplay experience constantly feels off once game goes to 20mins+

I found that playing on a relatively new and no skin account helps the issue
