Specter's dispersion & Necrophos's heartstopper aura damage goes through pure shield (Shield rune & Abaddon's aphotic shield) while all damage is supposed to go to shield first if it is pure shield. I have verified for above two abilities. I am not sure if any other ability also goes through it.
