bug coins for a discount #16550

Description

I bought 10 coins in a candy store, as a result they were given to me and I wanted to make a purchase of a researcher's kit, but I did not load and I decided to restart the dota and the coins were gone, solve this issue either return the coins, or write off 650 rubles from my account and give me a researcher's kit

I totally agree! The same mistake just happened! I wanted to buy a set, went to level 27-28, earned 12 coins, and then my kit purchase window slowed down, I decided to restart the dota, but they took all 10 coins from me, and only 2 remained. Please return the coins to account 366290822(friend account id), I am ready to send all the evidence to verify that I did not buy anything, PLEASE RETURN THE COINS!

The same story, the coins just disappeared without any write-offs... And nowhere does it say that they disappear when you exit the game. What an injustice.

Hello, I had a problem, I tried to make a purchase with the event coins, I tried to make the purchase and recharge with the "pagoefectivo" method when waiting for the time threshold that asks for "pagoefectivo" it recharges but the purchase is not made, I closed it for too long in Wait and the 10 coins were consumed and without the purchase but with the balance I want to continue doing the event but this makes the purchase impossible, please help my id is 1700738635

I collected enough crownfall store coins and activeted discount but when Itried to buy explorer kit, Steam didn't left me to do it, so I turned off the game and turned on again, but after that there are only two coins, not 12. Look at my buyings and proof that I didn't spend my coins and give them back to me i want buy this kit my dota id 1422478732

This just happened to me while i was trying to buy the pathfinder pack.. ID: 297154074
