I received 15 Fallen Crown Coins, and decided to use 10 of them to get a discount on the Explorer Kit at the Fallen Crown Store. There was a corresponding amount on my balance. After I clicked on the purchase button with a discount, the purchase page did not load after a long wait, and after closing it, 10 coins of the fallen crown were deducted from me, and I never received the Explorer's Pack. As a result, I only had 5 coins left. And at the same time, real money was not debited from the wallet balance. Please resolve this issue because I can no longer purchase this set at a discount, since there are only 15 free Fallen Crown coins available.
