Custom Effect Cosmetics broken on Post Game scoreboard

Description

If you have an immortal / custom effect equipped to an ability but don't actually have the immortal itself equipped, the post game scoreboard will still show your hero equipped with the immortal / custom effect cosmetic instead of what you have on your actual loadout.

for example: this is my Zeus loadout. I have the immortals equipped to the abilities but not actually cosmetically equipped. this my Zeus on the post game scoreboard. It is showing me wearing the immortals even though I was not wearing them in the game or when I go to my hero loadout

Here is another example without an immortal: my Pudge loadout (with the Crazed Tassels of the Black Death equipped on the Rot ability but not the actual loadout) the Pudge that shows up on the post game scoreboard. It shows me with the Crazed Tassels of the Black Death even though I do not have it equipped.
