My crownfall Coins disappeared when I tried buying the packs #16649

Description Cosmetic Item Name Crownfall Store Coin

Description I tried to buy the “Packs” event at a discount in the store, activating the discount with coins, after that the “midgate pathfinder pack ” was not bought, after which the discount coins disappeared completely. I had 16 coins, after this incident only 6 remained, although the money never disappeared from my wallet

image 10 coins was in the shop ^ and then i bought it,

so i had 16 but after i tried purchasing the pack 10 coins removed from my account and i didn't get the item.

Similar issue here.

  1. I had the 12 coins from the map
  2. activated the discount in the store
  3. was taken to the pop for adding funds
  4. after adding funds it took me back to the shop window
  5. Dota now says I have 2 coins.

What do I do to resolve this?
