Description

Been using capslock for my "Cancel Current Action" setting, it suddenly stopped working and i can't bind it anymore.

Capslock key is working, it lights up on my keyboard when active and i can write in capital. I just can't bind it.

I've seen a similar open issue from october 2023 with no response. So i don't know if this is something new or not but i've been using capslock to stop since 2017.

As a related issue -- I have Caps Lock double-bound as another Control button. I'm a software engineer, and I suffer wrist pain if I can't use Caps Lock as Control. This button works across my entire Windows PC except for the recent Dota update.
