Though I have a low end Pc I also experience this. I believe its because of certain heroes who when use their spells the game smoothness never remains the same as it first loaded. I tested this with 5 Mk ulti in demo and my fps drops from stable 60 to 20 untill mk ulti ends and goes back to 60 and game wasn't smooth at all until i disconnect and rejoin again. I don't experience this with 5 Crystal maiden ulti or 5 enigma ulti or 5 zeus ulti. Same i experience with illusion heroes.
Description
Anywhere between 10min to an hour into playing a game of Dota, the frames begin to feel sluggish. It feels like I'm playing with 40-80 fps despite the frame graph showing 100+. This issue persists until the game is restarted, but I have checked and it does not have any form of memory leak. The issue gets worse if I stream the game on Discord using VP8, H264 or AV1 encoding. Turning off hardware acceleration does not solve or change the issue either. I have no performance issues in other games.
