Treasure not received on the free reward tree

Hi! I couldn't get the treasury crawnfall 1 on the free reward tree. I picked up the reward while I was in the match, but there was no notification about receiving the reward, I thought that perhaps we would issue the reward after the game was finished, but no, the reward did not come to my account.
