PC spec : 5800x+4060+2x corsair 16GB 3200mhz, 240hz refresh rate monitor
stable fps which scales from game starting ~260 to end game ~190, a bit lower if game has mk/illusion hero etc

After plenty of coping method trium, I am now highly suspecting this issue might be related to Earthshaker arcana.I pick es with arcana as long as it's not banned. Recently I am inspired by this post https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/1bvjjka/comment/ky39ov6/ to play es on a sub account (not smurf and they are in the same bracket) . problem seems fixed
Also replay/early game seems buttery smooth while real time game play experience after 20+mins is so down.
I have been digging visual unsmoothness experiences from reddit and github report session and i found a lot. They were posted from years ago to this week, most of them seem not fixed.
