Cant play and got fog map

Description

I'm already in the match. There was an error when I selected a hero and I couldn't buy anything. After the battle started, all I saw was fog on the map and I couldn't move or click on anything. I've tried restarting Dota and even restarting my computer, but the result is the same. please help me. this is ranked match and i found like this. and i got pinalty from this. help me.

The very same thing has happened to me twice now, It usually happens when internet is unstable specially when I have 25+% packet loss.
