Description

Sometimes, perhaps about 30% of the time, when playing a bot game, all of the cosmetics won't show. I believe he game thinks they are loaded, but they aren't being drawn because I can click taunt on my hero which normally has a taunt loaded. And the game will complain about the taunt's cooldown if I press it too often.

A Window 10 desktop with a Super 2080, 64G RAM and a 2019 i7 CPU

More details upon request. I can reproduce it several times per day

I have intentionally spent $XXX on cosmetics, maybe $XXXX. So, I would expect these to work.
