The hotkey of Morphling's ultimate is not consistent

Description

Background: The hotkey of Morphling's ultimate is not consistent
Unexpected:

If Morphling changes his form to Tuska: The hotkey to re-change is the same as R but...
If Morphling changes his form to AntiMage: The hotkey to re-change is not the same as V

Expected:

The hotkey to re-change MUST be the same as R

Note: It's happening with other heroes as I'm using legacy hotkey.
