Hero Pickings Bug #17724

Description

I was on Rank Game, during the hero pickings, I am unable to lock any heroes. I keep hitting Lock in but all it does is "suggests picking "hero name" i tried to reconnect as fast as i could but I got assessed with an Abandon and a 30 minute penalty. seems unfair because this isn't really my fault. I am new at this game and I am really trying hard to win as much as I can. I really don't appreciate getting this kind of punishment when I can only play limited number of games at a time due to the nature of my work.

sticky key alt bug #17390 i think usually happens when you accept game then alt tab when game trying to load hasnt happen to me in years but i think i tried pressing alt few more times or shift+alt to try unstuck it. try untick the box allow shortcut but ya very annoying if this happens during hero pick time. when shift alt doesnt work i just try restart dota asap
