same issue here, but not on all my computers ... All are archlinux.

radicalaction commented 1 month ago

Same. Try setting -sdlaudiodriver pipewire or -sdlaudiodriver pulseaudio, or -sdlaudiodriver jack or whatever you're using in the launch options. Fixed for me on arch

Raigor2 commented 1 month ago

I can confirm that by adding a custom command line launch option -sdlaudiodriver pulse it fixes the issue. This should be addressed. (Arch - Linux manjaro)

Forgot to mention that it worked for me on the steam native runtime, dunno about default runtime. Can't test it right now, want to play doto.

Setting -sdlaudiodriver pulseaudio launch option fixed it for me.

this worked for me, thanks

Strugglemeat commented 1 month ago

-sdlaudiodriver pulseaudio also worked for me

Captain-Rage commented 1 month ago

Same on my machine (Arch Linux) running Steam Native (native libraries). Adding '-sdlaudiodriver pulseaudio' to the launch options also worked for me.
