Lone Druid "Unbearable" reduces Spirit Bear DPS, not increases #17771

Description

The Lone Druid Facet that reduces the Base Attack Time of the Spirit Bear while in True Form is bugged. A bear with two Moon Shards does 600 DPS to a target dummy, but only does 500 DPS in True Form.

This still seems broken in my demo. The base DPS of the bear remains lower in True Form.
