Description

I can't choose a hero. I just don't get this opportunity. I accept the game then a gray screen for 20 seconds and then throws it into the menu with a penalty for not accepting the game.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

No response

Have had the same issue since 7.36 update. What helped me today is either:

latest update from valve
set to vulkan
created lobby with online server (not local host) before finding a match Hope problem solves for you aswell!

vulkan has helped, but then game works like sht

Have the same problem. Haven't played in a month. FYI the lobby route works even in D3D11/DX11. Just create the lobby with a real server, populate with bots, start game then leave and go on to search a matchmaking game like usual. Just played co-op bots though. Have lost the drive to grind Crownfall.

Windows 11 user here on a NVIDIA Gefore MX150 laptop with an Intel Core i5-8250U, 8GB RAM and an SSD. This definitely is a post 7.36 bug for me.
