Silencer new innate ability not stealing correct amount of INT with Aghanim's Shard. #17918

Description

When you upgrade Silencer's Brain drain with Aghanim's Shard it doesn't steals 4 of INT just 2.

Further, it does not steal 2 INT per hero. In a gank, if 3 enemy heros die near Silencer, it steals a total of 2 only.
