Description

Aspect agnostic doesn't give attack speed from wex and attack damage from exort, instead all orbs give periodic quas damage. Check creeps at the game.

It does give attack speed from wex and damage from exort. All passives are active all the time no matter what orb you have active.

It's not a bug, it's working as intended.
