When Phantom Lancer is below 30% health and using the Divergence facet, illusions spawned spawn inside / on top of enemy heroes, fully blocking movement.
Match ID: 7805186469 Timestamps: 38:48, 51:23 Enigma is the hero being blocked in both instances, it happened to other heroes as well at other points in the game.

When Phantom Lancer is low health such that aviana's feather activates, when he creates new illusions they spawn over the top of the enemy hero meaning they cannot move (watch pugna at the timestamp)
