Im not sure if this is intended or bug. Marci's Dispose doesn't always throw, but the skill goes on cooldown. Shard with rebound is even worse, there are hundreds of moments where it won't work.

In both instances the target was affected by Walrus PUNCH! This might prevent Dispose from working since you cannot override the vertical movement of Walrus PUNCH!

EDIT: That said, Walrus Kick can be used to override Walrus PUNCH!, but I am not sure if this is a specific exception.

With Kinetic Field, you can't move through it with the initial movement of Rebound. The skill goes on cooldown as soon as you cast it, but you cannot move through Kinetic Field using it.
