Can't connect to the game after I accept the match find #17997

Description

I have 1 hour of prevention to find a match, and I keep finding out how to fix these issues, I already reset my computer and reinstall steam and dota because I thought this would fix the issue but it seems it is not.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

No response
