Getting Bans when i Try to join #18007

Description

Every 2 games i try to join , i get kicked and a pop-up message like the screenshot shows up. Its the 3rd time today (already reached the half hour ban) . If you dont fix it I will not be able to play for half day

does your game goes into the draft load and freezes before hero select screeen too?

try open console see whats going on when you got kicked

@Dardin9 yes . I mean i join with 10/10. and at next page it freezes and pops up this message

Same issue here. I tried yesterday, then again today and it still doesn't work. I got a 44 min ban. I also hope it won't lower my behaviour score too much.
