Phantom Assassin with methodical facet cannot crit when hitting hero with illusion at the same time #18059

Description

When Phantom Assassin hit hero together with illusions, such as Manta and Illusion rune. The critical is not proc.

This seems to be fixed now that illus no longer contribute to the count. Can the issue be closed?
