Unable to Join Dota 2 game after confirming match. #18085

Description

After Confirming the game, I am unable to join game I joins but in the hero selection area I never see heros and it takes me back to the home screen with a time panalty. it happened First time after the update.

Please suggest resolution..

Specifications - Windows 10, Amd Reason R6 graphics, AMD A10 processor, 12 GB Ram, 512 GB SSD.

I tried every possible troubleshooting, and still getting Ban every time, now it's about 6th time I am getting ban..

Many of my friends are facing same issue. Please take a look into this. Also the graphics keep improving day by day resulting in many of my friends leaving the game
