[7.36] Venomancer's Aghanim's Scepter does not upgrade Poison Sting at all #18095

Description

Venomancer's new 7.36 Aghanim's Scepter upgrade currently does nothing. It does not apply his attack damage to Poison Sting in any way, nor does it scale with the number of debuffs placed by Venomancer.

I've attached a screenshot of this in action in Demo mode. Note how the damage dealt by each tick of Poison Sting does not change even after various debuffs fall off the target enemy, and is also near the skill's base value without the extra 15% base attack damage boost.

Just tested this as well. Nothing changes with the aghs upgrade.
