Match problem #18224

Description

It's really unfair for me. Yesterday and today, I've been trying to play Dota 2, but I keep encountering this problem. When I start a match, it doesn't finish loading, and I get banned because of the timeout. This happens in every game mode (All Pick, Turbo, and Ability Draft), and I can't play a single match. Please fix it, bro!

I don't have the match ID because I'm not even able to play; it times out before I can get in. I managed to start one game yesterday, but I couldn't move or reconnect, and I experienced the same problem. I'm not very good at English, so I hope this message is clear. Account Dota ID: 1092854855
