Impossible to assign hotkey to OgreMagi's Multicast #18370

Description

I've tried using unit specific hotkey, reassign new hotkey to it, disable quick cast etc.

But the hotkey just won't "stick". It never appears on the ability and I can't level up the ability with a hotkey.

This started awhile back on the patch that made magi 0 intel hero. I thought it might be a display issue and tried every other button to see if maybe it assigned automatically to another button but doesn't show, and no key works, there's simply no hotkey or is possible to assign any hotkey to multicast.

to level up. Besides its really something needs fixing.
