Calibration/Smurf detection is broken/not working.

Description

Over the past month my discord community (about 200 members) and I have noticed a massive influx of Smurfs/Boosters/Account Buyers in our games. This has normally only occurred in party queue but has recently spread to solo queue as well.

If you were to check Reddit over the past month, you'll see that there's a massive increase in the number of posts about Smurfs as well. In fact there are well over 50 separate threads on the issue over the past month:

Calibration also seems to be broken as seen here with noted Streamer/Caster Black winning 10 Calibration games in a row and calibrating at herald...

I'm not sure what's changed, but the smurfing issue has gotten way worse.

To the devs who read this, please understand how toxic it is to have a Smurf in the game. Please take a look at this issue.

For players, please post your game ID's where you're nearly sure it's a Smurf.

MK and Undying look smurf-like. Newer accounts, playing very well, even considering the draft advantage. But I'm not sure what you're expecting devs to do here. They already have smurf detection, in theory, it should detect these folks eventually. Do you just want confirmation that their system is working as expected/intended?

Another night, another smurf fest.

Match id: 6668420099 Dusa smurf. Level 25 dota account, level 0 steam account, Hasnt lost all 4 of their kotl or warlock games, 11 streak / 82% winrate with Druid.

Match id: 6668465631 Tinker and possibly Slardar smurf.

Match id: 6668503420 Slardar smurf and possibly cheater.

Smurf Luna (level 41 dota account) but we beat it. I think my mid pudge may be surfing or on an alt as well. But Luna has no Steam Community profile and has a 100% wk winrate (7 streak). Tinker also on a low level account with a suspiciously high winrate on Brood.

The Troll is a very obvious smurf or boosted account. 42 streak on Huskar. Tinker is probably a smurf or bought account as well but stats don't make it obvious yet. The Troll only has a 52% win rate and the Tinker 48 but their performance is beyond our rank.
