Matchmaking doesnt work, and gives instant ban

I now have been banned for two days. I click find match and confirm match. It brings up page to where you pick hero but doesn't populate hero or people you are playing with. It stalls out for about a minute. Kicks me to home screen and bans me every time. I wait. Click find match same thing. Three days in a row. I deleted game and re download it same result. Constant ban. can't find match. . Only happened since new patch. I've reset firewalls, uninstalled virus protection, switched regions, verified install updates, and reset router. All I get when join game black screen to instant ban. Hero never populate.

I have that problem too, reinstaling and rebooting my computer don`t help
