Black screen and a kick after accepting a match everytime after 7.36 release. #18704

Description

Hi!

For 3 days after 7.36 patch release I could never connect to a real match. It works fine for lobby matches or bot matches, but not for turbo/all pick/etc. After loading to a game I have a black screen with HUD, and then I get kicked and get temporary ban. Game simply doesn't load up.

I had issues like this before, but it usually happens once a month due to my low config. I still could normally play on ultra settings before the patch.

Turning on low parameters doesn't help. I tried to generate cache by pre-loading lobby match before starting - doesn't help.

ENV

i3-3220, GTX1060 3Gb, 8Gb RAM, HDD DX11 7.36

I have the exact same issue. One suggested fix that worked for me was using Vulkan, but that caused the graphics to be displayed as squares basically.
