Overwatch case replays not playing correctly #18719

Description

When loading into an overwatch case, the case does not unpause and the screen is darkened. Time only inches forward a small bit when clicking the play button. When I click to exit the case, there are a lot of noises and the replay seems to unpause.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

I have the same problem i tried to verify my game files but it did not fix it.

Same problem,it will happened not only in overwatch. When video been paused and then click -10/+10 and so on,video cant be unpaused any more.
