Can't play dota 2

Hi Steam support,

I was experiencing a problem with matchmaking. I always get stuck in a screen after I accept every game and then get a penalty right after because I wasn't able to make it to the actual game.

I got 2 hours of penalty right now after trying a couple of times.

Your kind help please to look onto this problem.

The following are the troubleshooting i've tried so far:

• Changing the resolution to lowest before proceeding with match finding.
• Restarted Dota2
• Reinstalling the dota2 itself.
• Changing the region for match finding.
• Restarted my PC.
• Changing Internet connection.

None of these really worked. Also, if you could look at the penalty I currently had after trying some troubleshooting please, especially the next penalty might go for 24 hours or so.

same issue i hope got fix in this week i tried everything even removing some of the dota2 files to improve performance but nothing helped. (some guys can fix this by updating graphic driver or use vulkan instead of directx)
