Prognosticate
Description
Oracle's innate ability - prognosticate - doesn't work as intended. Instead of announcing the next rune, it announces the last one that was spawned but with the next timestamp. For example, an illusion rune was spawned on top at 8:00 and a player alt-clicks on the innate ability, it will say "an illusion rune will spawn at 10:00", but in fact it's not. The time of the next spawning run is shown, but the rune and place are incorrect.
P.S. The attached Match ID has Oracle in it, however, replays don't show chat.
